SH Capital has acquired no ownership, in whole or in part, of our partner entity’s logo by virtue of using it. Any product or service provided by SH Capital is solely its own and the partners mentioned above have not approved or endorsed our services. The logos above represent the intellectual property of our respective partners and are not assignable, may not be sublicensed and any attempt at assignment or sublicensing shall be null and void. Any assignment of this Agreement by the Licensee to any legal successors shall require written consent from the respective partner entity and the entity may reject any assignment without providing any reasons.
